I've done my part and I'm still waiting for them to give me the verdict.
I want to pay every single cent I owe them but I can't cause there's still a query that has not been resolved.
A big entity being so unprofessional is disappointing even when they advertise on TV it just make me sick cause they only talk professionalism but don't potray it in their actions.
