On the 23 December I bought two chickens from Pick n Pay in Pine-crest Centre - When I got home and opened the packaging, I found that the chickens were rotten and stank.
On the 24th I took them back for a refund/exchange and was told I had to stand in a queue that stretched halfway down the isles to give a teller an exchange/refund voucher.
Only when i threatened to call out the health department, did the manageress agree to let customer services ring up the exchange.
