I posted a report almost 2 weeks ago regarding an injury my mom sustained due to negligence at Dirks Spar, I previosuly contacted customer care regarding this as well but I have had no feedback! This is just what I thought would happen, Spar's attitude must be "ignore it and it will go away". This is a human being and a loyal customer and you are treating her like an animal! Her hand is still swollen after 3 weeks and there's nothing she can do about it. I am really shocked that this is how you handle injuries in one of your stores, you should be ashamed of yourselves! I suggest you have someone contact me immediately as I have already sought legal advice and I won't stop at advice I will take it much further!
