On the 09.12.2013 I received an order I placed with [URL Removed] when I received the order it was the wrong Item. I honed there help line and they told me that I can do the return on line and there courier service will come and collect it from me. I did this and the system gave me a Estimated time of collection which was on the 17.12.2013.
I received a mail for a lady by the name of Trudine Clewlow on the 16.12.2013 stating that they cant find this return, I send her the tracking number / order number and thus far I have not had any feedback from anybody regarding my collection or the replacement of my correct order. I know for a fact that the courier service they use collect and deliver parcels at my office everyday and this is just bad service that I have had no feedback regarding this.
Please can someone tell me what the is happening, as I'm pretty ticked off by this.
