I placed an order with Takealot, and I called the call centre to enquire about a delivery date. It seemed that there was a delay with my purchase. Anyway - I was a bit annoyed, but luckily for me Jamie handled my enquiry. What a nice guy and very professional. He called me back twice with updates, and really took ownership of the problem.
