I was double-debited R613.85 by the Super Spar located in the Sunninghill Village on the 21st November 2013.
I reported this to their accounts department. I have called them repeatedly, and I have sent them multiple emails, but I have had no feedback as to when I can expect this money to be paid back into my account.
I don't think I am being unreasonable, as it is my money! I don't understand why it would take this long to get this sorted out. This is very frustrating, and I feel helpless as a consumer, as it seems that big retailers like the Super Spar just do not seem to care about their customers, and even less about losing loyal customers.
