I submitted an online order to the q-Photo Prolab and had a complaint about the quality of done cards, that in my opinion came out too dark.
After a short wait I was asked into a separate room where somebody wanted to speak to me about it.
The door was closed behind us.
What followed was actually quiet an eye opener! I was explained that this is what I ordered and there was nothing that they could do about it. This was the quality the machine delivers and that I could not expect a refund. I cannot expect photo quality for a greeting card (maybe the name Q-Photo is a bit misleading).
But the bad thing about it was actually her attitude. Her body language was far from friendly, she was very patronizing (called me a darling) and outrageously arrogant which I pointed out to her. I was eventually asked to never to return to their store!
Don't worry Liezel- I will surely not return but maybe take my advice: if you want to continue to work with customers please introduce customer satisfaction to your vocabulary. Nobody cares if you are having a bad day- a customer wants a good shopping experience even for cards that only cost R125!
