So I have been trying to get a detailed statement on my account for the last three months. Yes THREE MONTHS to get a statement. I have only received two statements to date and the numbers are not adding up, so I would like to see how my money has been allocated.
I have now successfully cancelled ALL payments after giving sufficient time to bring your part.
I think we can both agree that you are in a breach of contract.
Should you wish to get further payments from me, don't bother contacting me to apologise, all I want is a breakdown of my account.
