After a poor windscreen fitting, I experienced bad wind noise and reported this to Morne at the East London franchise.
He promised to collect my car for a re-fit on Monday last. No arrival, no call for four days. I called them yesterday (Thursday) - he said he'd collect and deliver today. Again a 'no show' and also no phone call. Come on guys, I know I'm only a customer - I can understand that 'things happen' but surely a phone call at least.
