Capsule does not disolve and leaves black flakes!!

Hi there,

I have been very happy and satisfied with your washing powder range and decided to use the capsules, to my dismay i seen my clothes come out really dusty with tiny black specs on them, and i investigated and noticed that the capsule did not dissolve totally.

this has caused me to clean up everytime i did a load of washing, and is unacceptable. I have given the page of capsules away never to use them again, and would rather stick to normally washing powder.

innovation is great, but also needs to be tested!
