I placed an order for an item on Thursday the 28th of Novemeber and followed up with payment twenty minutes later from my Absa account to their Absa account. i did a direct deposit so no time would be wasted in clearing or reflecting on the account. i called in the next day to check if payment had been received and they said it did not reflect on their system. i sent in an email with the banking deposit/transfer slip to them and they confirmed having received it. i am still waiting for my item which was promised to me yesterday to be cleared for delivery. none of the agents or managers return my calls and continue to make me chase my tail. Kalahari should not promise 24hour delivery if they are having a 5 day Christmas party. Home affairs is far more efficient.
