No stock, no feedback

I have tried for 9 weeks to buy Huggies Size 3 nappies at 7 Gauteng Toysrus and Reggies stores. No stock no stock, tried to contact via website - no response, tried to phone and speak to MD's get referred to the PA - Collette phone her talk to her, after a week no feedback, phone again - refers me to the buyer who is more out the office than in- out doing store visits or training. So we are now in week 9 still having a problem in trying to get Huggies Size 3 nappies - just the lack lustre attitude from the whole team is quite disgusting, I have sent an email and didnt even get a reply just the buyer phoning me to tell me what I already knew - none of the stores in my area have stock DUH? - MR MD I think we need to meet so I can explain and tell you how your business is ruining mine!
