On Monday 2/12/2013 i went to exchange my sons pans. I bought them for his graduation. It fitted him well after i folded it at the bottom then put it away. As days went by he got ill and lost weight so on the graduation day he could not wear it as it did not fit like before.
When i went to woolworths to exchange it i was told they could not assist me because of the lines. The manager (Precious) even suggested that i should have atleast and said i bought it with those lines and to me that was unethical business practice and against what i believe in.
I always shop at Woolworths as i believe it has the best quality ever with an excellent customer services. I am really not happy because now The question is what am i suppose to do with the pants that costs R140 because they did not serve its purpose. I have the till slip and the price tag and could have asked for a refund but i was only there to exchange so i can get something my son can use.
