I ordered the Cake Pops set from DaddyDeals on the 18th Dec. I contacted them 2 weeks ago (22nd Jan) to ask about delivery. They told me that it would be delivered on the Wednesday 24th Jan. When it wasn't delivered I emailed them on the 26th Jan. I get a reply today 31st Jan to say that it should have been delivered and for me to call a phone number to enquire about it. Why does it take daddy deals 5 days to reply to an email only to tell me that I should phone them. Surely they should be investing this and contacting me. Very disappointed.
