CLIENT HARRASSMENT

I had a Home Choice account which i was only too happy to settle in full in September this year. One or two days later i called the 0861 number & requested that this account be CLOSED as by then, i had wanted NOTHING further to do with homechoice!! The consultants i spoke to was not very helpful at all, but assured me that the account would be closed!!! HOWEVER, not surprisingly, this never materialised!!! I still recieve sms's, emails, & countless phone calls about my available credit limit on the account for further purchases. This is only one aspect of the problem, the bigger problem is the constantly frustrating amount of phone calls i recieve from these telemarketers at Home Choice & their affiliate divisions!!! Despite stating on recorded conversations numerous times that I DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED FOR ANY FURTHER PRODUCT SALES OR PROMOTIONS, i am still hounded by these consultants!!! as a result i now no longer anwer ANY phone call to my cellphone from a number that is not known to me!!! It has become so bad that i have now resorted to venting my frustrations at the poor consultants, whose job it is to simply call the clients!!! This is client harrassement!!!
