This afternoon, after half an hour of shoe shopping for all four of my kids, my five year old desperately needed the toilet. I approached one of the shop attendants to use the store's bathroom, who went and asked a superior- this woman then came over & told me that it is store policy not to allow the public into the bathroom. I explained that it is urgent & for my 5yr old. Another store client (stranger) vetoed how ridiculous that rule is, as it is just for a little girl. The Store Attendant then turned her back on me & walked away!! Needless to say, I put down all my shopping & left without doing any purchasing!! It frustrates me that I live in a small town & there is only one Woolies to get quality clothes from- its not as though I can choose another branch!! annot believe that they couldn't help me, I had to drive home to take my child to the bathroom!! Wasted my whole afternoon & still have no shoes for my kids.
