Poor service and attitude then no feedback

Since returning to live in the Cape last December, my wife and I have complained on numerous occasions about the bad attitude, the miserable faces, the seemingly, lack of training and in general the decline of service received from this store. The most recent one (this morning) was my wife having to put up with three members of staff having a private conversation at the check out whilst she was trying to check her (few) goods out. The teller was slouched over the counter so busy talking to her friend doing the packing whilst a third person joined in the conversation. She aged rapidly in ten minutes!!!
Do P&P find these types from a different "employment pool" compared to Fruit and Veg City and Woolworths or are they just left with the dregs?
All we can say is, roll on Checkers appearance next year on the old mall's site across the road.
