Coke machine took R100 and I di'dn't get anything!

I used a coke machine at O.R Tambo airport, I put a R100 note and pressed the corresponding code. I did not receive the coke or my money. I asked the airport staff for help but they all redirected to different people and so I just left it. R100 gone for nothing
