On the 15/01/13 I purchased red grapes that had a red discount sticker of R5.00. I was charged the original price and she did not minus the R5.00. When i arrived at home I realized that I was charged R44.99 without discounting the R5.00. I phoned and I was told to come getteh R5.00 and since it is closer to my work I paased by a week after. I produced my slip and the girl that i found at the till told me that the R5.00 was for the white grapes and not Red grapes. I was not feeling well and not feeling like arguing and I left but I want to know as to how does that make it my problem? if the sticker is on a box how did it jump to the box with red grapes? I am not happy with the store shame.
