Ordered some books that claimed would arrive no later than 21 November. Fair enough, this was told to me up front. On the 8th my online account information showed me that both books had arrived at Takealot. Today (Monday the 11th) I have received both items.
The rest of South Africa could really learn a few lessons about quality customer service.
