I have purchased a few items from Fay in the past and was very happy with them. The one time though my ghd was faulty... didn't reach the proper temperatures as it should... it took her more than 3 emails later (it took her months to reply) to come collect the unit to send it away for testing/repair... she didn't bother keeping in touch with me. it's now another 2 months later and I have had to call her to follow up on the status... her reply..."oh sorry we couldn't find anything wrong with your unit... then she offers me 61% cash back... what is the point of advertising a 12 month GUARANTEE is that's not what you plan to deliver on?
I'm so disappointed at the way she conducts her business.
