New Improved Handle - NOT

Hi

I forwarded pictures to Parmalat Head office with my complaint of their new improved handle yesterday, I'm yet to receive a response. Most of the boxes were already broken on the shelf at PicknPay Kenilworth Centre. The 6 pack first growth milk is already so expensive, the least they can do is to get the packaging right. It kinda went from bad to worst. Pity I cant load the pictures here!
