No reund - still! and lying about it!

23 Oct 2013 I 5.15pm I go to Greenstone to look at flooring get told I must pay for the two samples I would like but in order to take advantage of the "special" price I need to pay for the floor upfront but I will get a refund if it doesn't match. R7 850.00 on my credict card, 24 Oct I go back it doesn't match, and I fill in the refund form and speak to Manager Ardier on phone, Monday 28 Oct I call Ardier, he has taken the papers personally and will be done. Wed I phone - not sure when so I phone Head Office - Ceciclie answers and says he is lying - never got the papers, but will sort it out with the Diretor immediately. She calls back and aplogieses, money will be in on Sat as they are doing transfers today - being Friday, Ardier phones to apologise, Monday 4 November I phone, money is not in and Director Dean "Gurney needs to sign (gee but I thought he had already last week) a BUNCH OF and of course, now I have to go the police stations, consumer council and my bank, if this was the last flooring company on earth, I would walk on thorns!
