Good day

I'm reporting a bad customer service i got from verimark store in fourway mall Gauteng went to the store on Sunday 20th of October to buy a digital camera.ok, what happened was the gentle was assisting me didn't provided me with the service i derserve, his name is Khetchie, when i was paying i handed my bank debit card to him to process the payment, my bank card is link with other accounts on it, he never bothered to ask me if whether i'm paying from my chq acc or my sav acc, .he just processed the payment assumed saving acc, well i let it slide, didn't make a big deal out of it.secodly what he did he processed wrong amount of payment, he charged more the digital camera shown price. He agree that will reserve the funds back to my account also agreed with him, then i asked him the turnaround time, he said"2days' the funds will be back in my acc, while i was still at the store he advise me that he' ll give feedback and follow up with me i got my money back. well that didn't happened i waited and waited to hear from him nothing. then on the 3rd day after noon i called his store to findout myself, A gentleman by name of sfiso answered and advised me that khetchie he off to
