No Service and Long Queues

I visited Trade Route Mall in order to return something. There are three tellers.

These tellers do everything from returns to account payments. The service is slow where on waits for upto 45 mintues to an hour to purchase goods.

When complaints are directed to management - the response is we are shoirt staffed. Highly unacceptable.
