I recently ordered a veg pizza takeaway from your restaurant and asked if mushrooms could be excluded from the topping as I am allergic to them. I stressed the point that there must be no mushroom as I am allergic. I was told by the person who took my order that that would be fine. When I got home, before I could eat a slice, I inspected it as I am quite used to finding bits of mushroom under the cheese even after specifying. Lo and behold, there were a few pieces of mushroom still lingering, which tells me that instead of making the veg pizza from scratch, the toppings were already on the base, and your staff removed the mushroom, thinking they got all of it. I am not complaining that they left some behind. I am disappointed that you were not upfront about the toppings already having the ingredient. Simply removing them does not help a person with an allergy! I can't believe I have to say this to people in the food industry. Outraged.. Your restaurant used to rank high on my places to eat and recommend. Your poor service has lost my support.
