This lady at sterns in centurion mall was awesome. I enquired on an item I wanted. It was sold out. She took my number and 5 minutes later phoned me. She phoned branches outside Pretoria and got me what I wanted on her own accord. Really a lady that is prepared to walk the extra mile. Thank you so much Koena. You are an asset to your employer.
