Its been five days now and my wife still sitting with the same problem. Her reference number is 1110130040/GO. Nobody seems to know what the is going on in the department. Is Edcon staff so incompetent? To make matters worst, it takes your staff more then 48 hours to reply to an email and sometimes they just don't care to reply if she don't follow up. No wonder the Edcon reports are so bad on Hellopeter when it comes to customer service.
