I purchase a few packets of raw nuts on a weekly basis to keep in my office drawer. At the end of July, I went into Clicks to make my usual weekly purchase and Nonhlanhla very kindly informed me of a "Buy 2" promotion. Thankyou Nonhlanhla for so politely (a) knowing about your current promotions, (b) recognising the promo according to my purchase, and (c) making me, your customer aware of the promo. It saved me a bit of money, which in our current economic climate is very welcome!
You certainly restored my faith in the concept (MVC) most valuable customer and you're an excellent example of (CRM) customer retention management!
