Kiehl's SA has become my favourite Skincare brand of choice. After receiving less than satisfactory service, I was called by a gentleman named Mr Azhar Moosa. This man resolved the issue at hand and went completely out of his way to assist me.. Isn't this what great service is all about? I don't think companies actually realise the power of service and how it can honestly go either way. Kiehls (Loreal SA), you can be proud of your product and more so that you have a staff member that truly, truly cares about his consumer and is not afraid to go the extra (s) mile. Well done to you.
