I entered the competition whereby it is stated that you win a guaranteed prize. I was promised a call within 48 hours. I never got a call, I phoned them. they only received two of my six entries. I was unable to book for the suppliers that were advertised. I was then told that I would get an sms notification that my booking was successful. I still have not received this. I phoned again for all their lines to be busy. I left a message. nobody returned my call. I am totally disgusted in the service. this is meant to promote the company, I now think very little of both brands.
