PETER STUYVESANT BLUE

I bought a packet of Peter Stuyvesant Blue at the Angelo Mall in Nigel!
When I open the packet the cigarettes was covered in a double paper wrap and clue!

This is unacceptable! Stuyvesant is not a cheap cigarette its very expensive and then when you open the packet you can't even smoke it!???
