I recently had to take a product back to Sevens furniture for a repair. I was astounded at the high level of customer service I received. I was assisted by the manager (Adri) from the Northcliff branch. The repair process was explained and was assured that I would be contacted by Monday. I never expected to be called back, as I have become accustomed that in SA this was unlikely to happen and that I would need to follow up, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a call directly from Adri on Monday. The product unfortunately couldn't be repaired, but because it was still in warranty I was offered a replacement... no service charge or anything. As an alternative I was offered a refund or anything else in store for the same value. For once in a very long time i was treated as the customer and not made feel bad for returning the product. I just received the replacement from their H/O, and was helped by a very pleasant Bibi... who further apologised for the inconvenience. Wow, what a fantastic experience! Well done to the Sevens furniture group for your superior customer service, this is truly unique. Adri and Bibi, you make a difference, thank you!
