PICK 'N PAY NOT HONOURING THEIR GUARANTEES

We're having constant issues with Pick 'n Pay in Howick where prices scanned do not match what we are charged. When we do pick up a discrepancy, we are entitled to the price being corrected and we should receive an additional free item. The first line management always dispute this, and only once the store manager is called do we receive what we should receive. In addition, this store refused to honour their policy on defective PnP branded foods until the manager was once again called on. It is my suspicion that this store is engaging in purposeful cheating (an item marked at 18.99 scanned at 32.99) and have instructed their first line managers to dispute any guarantees given on price and quality. The vast majority of shoppers in Howick are elderly and they will never argue. The management no doubt know that they are able to take advantage of this situation. I call on PnP head office to stand by their ethical codes and take this up in the strongest terms with PnP Howick (Fairways on Main).
