Saturday 2013-09-28 the wife and I visited Coricraft at the Grove in Nelspruit. We saw a coffetable in which we were interested in. As it did not have a price on I inquired about the price and a price of R 2495, 00 was quoted. I did not buy at that stage.
Sunday I did go there to buy and this time it was priced at R2 995, 00.
I told the saleslady that yesterday it was R 2 495, 00 but she insisted that it is R2995, 00.
My concerns.
1. Why was the item not priced yesterday?
2. Why did they not try to accomodate me by offering a lower price?
3.Is there sufficient staff training on how to look up prices?
If the item was priced correctly we would not return today to buy.
This is an unfortunate turn of events and we will never do business with the said supplier again. I would also not recommend them to anyone.
