Store not keeping its promise

I bought goods on the weekend of the 30th of August 2013 but they were damaged when delivered. I did log a query for them to be exchanged but up until today the query has not been resolved. I have made numerous calls to the store with no luck. They say they can exchange but they don't know when. I have requested that they cancel the deal and collect the goods but they don't want to.

Your help will be highly appreciated
