I have asked two questions on twitter, and I am just frustrated with how your mentality works with preordering.
1) The vouchers you offer are R100 vouchers per title you buy. No where in your online advertising does it say this.
2) I asked if the price drops before release, will I be able to get the cash back. To which I got told, it will be determined at the time. Why can you not determine it now, and tell me.
No wonder only a handful of people are preordering from you, and BTGames is sold out already.
