I previously really enjoyed the service received at our local Liquor City.
However today was VERY different!
I pooped into the store to purchased 2 bottles of Strongbow cider for my Sunday roast and proceeded to the tills. The teller couldn't't find the price on the system and called for the manager. The manager was nowhere in sight - in fact he was in the toilet.
I had a five months old infant and a toddler with me, as I didn't't anticipate to spend fifteen minutes waiting for the price. As the manager arrived, I received a cold "Sorry about that" and had to wait another five minutes for him to find the price, by which time my infant was super tired and crying.
With such attitude - I'd at least expect a discount, but nothing like that happen.
Will avoid the store at any costs - rather shop at Tops. They have fantastic service - have never let me down!
