Fixed my problem quickly and politely

Today I went looking for a gift at the store and was given the help I needed to find the obscure anime series.

After paying and leaving I realised there was over charged by R200 as the product barcode didn't match the slip.

I went back and explained the problem, they were quite horrified and very apologetic and quickly refunded my money in cash (not a gift card which is annoying!).

I had a really great experience and I will definitely shop there again.
