Apparently you don't pay a delivery fee if you place an order of R250 or more on Fresh Earth's online ordering system. Well, I placed an order on your site which amounted to over R250. I understood that delivery would be free on an order to that amount (the address is in Randburg), but I see it wants to charge me R71 for delivery. When I emailed Fresh Earth about this, they just ignored me. Now that's service! How pathetic.
