One of the roller mechanisms on my shower door broke. Yesterday I spent forever going from one store to the next looking for a replacement with no success. When I got home, after 6pm, I googled for the part and CTM popped up.
As it was after hours I sent an email to the Contact Us address stating what I was looking for. At 9.26pm the same eveing, my email was responded to. I replied with the questions asked and this morning received a reply stating the replacemnet price & asking where my nearest store was.
Wow, is all I can say - what fantastic service.
