WHERE IS [URL Removed]

I have tried on numerous occasions to find the feedback site for TAKEALOT - to no avail - Google refers me to various options, NONE of which is the feedback site typed in!
Are these people serious about getting feedback?
Some of it might even be positive, so why make it so difficult to find?
