I bought 2 items from Citymob which came the amount of /-R750, only to receive the goods, I was not happy the one being a watch which, the strap was too short, I had asked if they could exchange it for me & send a bigger size because they have bigger sizes available, they responded back saying that they do not do any exchanges or refunds. I do not understand how this is possible as a South African consumer this is completely illegal & against my rights as a consumer. What am I now supposed to do with something that I can not get any service out of. All I wanted to do was get a bigger size & they just responded with one email saying sorry we don't do exchanges or refunds for some reason. So what am I supposed to do with this now? This is such a waste of good money, so now I have to look for someone to buy the watch from me, because Citymob is too lazy to make the effort of contacting the supplier of the goods & replacing it with what I had paid for. I work for a retailer myself & I have never come across service like this. I have several times bought goods from Groupon & 36 Boutiques & have been able to make exchanges & refunds. As an online South African retailer, this is illegal
