I purchased a product from [URL Removed] on Tuesday evening which duly arrived as promised on Thursday lunch time. Unfortunately it looks like it has a problem with the battery.
A call to [URL Removed] call centre today was answered immediately and I was told how to proceed. After having completed the online form, I received a call in about 5 minutes later from Etienne. After chatting to me, he then processed my return which they would collect from me directly.
It was only when I went through my order history to complete the return did I notice my order number was over 1.2 million. I went back through the pages of my orders to the very first item I purchased from them in 2002 which was order number 62! Their service has always been excellent and 11 years later from my first order, it is still excellent.
It seems like not very long ago when they were still Take2. Continue growing and I wish you all of the very best for your growth in the future. Excellent customer service always helps!
