At the end of June I visited the Salomon branch in Canal Walk to fit (and potentially buy) the Mont Baron soft-shell hoodie. There were none in stock and the sales persons did not even know about the product.
The sales rep took down my details and told me that they would contact me when they had the product or more information. It is coming up on 2 months since then and I still have had no feedback.
It is quite disappointing that a brand with such good reputation has such poor quality client service.
