I bought a plasma on the 12/06/2011... During purchasing this tv I had an option on the samsung 32inchlcd or the sansui 42inch plasma, I was told that the samsung had a 2 year guarantee and that the sansui had a 5 year guarantee, because of this reason I opted for the sansui, yesterday the tv packed up, I went to Hi Fi spoke to Darren and he told me to get the tv he will ask for it to be checked out. I then waited 20mins for him to drink his water finish in the centre and he assisted me by telling me they cannot help me as the guarantee expired! I ould have had the guarantee if I took out some extra insurance, that was the cover up, that I was suppose to say I wanted an extended warranty! So I was fooled into buying a TV by Hi Fi... the fact that it was Hi Fi's fault and they couldn't even tell me what's wrong with it! I am so disappointed in them and I will never buy anything from them again and I will tell family and friends not to either!
