I am sorry for sending this late, i would like to compliment an excepptional services i recieved from Thabsile in one of your branch pavillion, on the 04/07/2013 i went to buy shoes but ddint have size. she went xtra miles trying to help me which she ended up phoning the branch in durban cbd (west street) they dd have a size i required but the manager Mbali gave me a services and attitude even when i told her i will be there in less than 30mins, Thabsile tried her level best to convince her but still refused, we need people like her in customer seervices she is an asset to your organisation and am sure Mbali can learn one or two things from her, keep smilling and shinning Thabisile
