I bought and got a refund for a purchase (credit card) on the same day (29th June) and still have not received the refund on my credit card and it is the 8th of August!
When i phoned the call centre they told me anything between 10 - 21 days but they admitted to not actually knowing. and when i emailed the services team i have not gotten any responses - this level of customer service is beyond unacceptable.
