I WROTE TO HELLOPETER REGARDING THE DOUBLE CHARGE ON MY CARD AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFIND YET, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT BY CALLING TO SAY THEY WERE SORTING IT OUT. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFUND A CUSTOMER. DAYLIGHT!
