I handed in my laptop 5 weeks ago to be repaired. I'm still waiting for it. They told me it would take about a week, maximum 2 weeks. Every person I contact, including the manager has a different story and "will call me back". I never receive any calls. Tired of waiting, only to hear a new story every time.
